If you are a California consumer, you may request certain information related to personal information that NICHIREI BIOSCIENCES (“NBIO”) collects from you, pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020. To process your request, we ask that you provide the information necessary for us to verify your identity and comply with your request. We may request additional verification in connection with your request in order to protect your privacy. We also may need to request additional information to verify your identity, and evaluate the propriety of your request, before we provide a substantive response. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or your authority to make the request, and also confirm the personal information relates to you.

We endeavor to respond to verifiable consumer requests for access, correction, or deletion within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and length of the extended period in writing. Our response also will explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

Any disclosures we make will cover only the time period requested below. For data portability requests, we will select a format in which to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another without hindrance.
You may make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability only twice within any 12-month period. These requests may be made free of charge, but we reserve the right to implement a reasonable fee in connection with excessive or complex requests.

You are not required to make an account with us to make a verifiable consumer request. We will use personal information provided in this request form only to verify your identity and/or authority to make the request.
